[Gmsh] Import 2D triangle mesh based on PSLG into gmsh

Dear all,
I get a 2D triangle mesh from triangle code
(https://www.cs.cmu.edu/~quake/triangle.html). I'm using
using .poly format (you probably want to see the .poly format in the
website: https://www.cs.cmu.edu/~quake/triangle.poly.html).
The .poly file is used to build meshes based on planar straight line
graph (PSLG). However
I want to have it in Gmsh format. So, I am wondering whether there is
any existing
converter to convert, for instance, the attached .poly file into gmsh file.
I look forward to hearing from anyone who knows about that matter.
