[Gmsh] mesh statistics

Hi Gmsh users/team,
Is there a way to get the mesh statistics for only the mesh being displayed rather than the complete mesh?
I have a fluid path embedded in a solid & would like to get the mesh statistics for the fluid domain and the solid domain separately.I can view the mesh of each part using the tools:visibility browser, it would be nice if this could control the statistics as well.Best regardsMark
