[Gmsh] [Mesh Issue Hexahedral]

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue meshing a piece of beam with stirrup and bars, as you can see in the picture i've attached some part of the mesh is missing, I do not understand why.
I've attached the file i've used for the mesh, the step file, geo file and so on.
It's a mistery for me the cause of this issue. My knowledge in meshing is quite limited, i'm working
on it from few months.
Hope someone can help me to unsterstand the problem here.
