[Gmsh] Doubt about gmsh

Dear Mr./Mrs.,


I have been using gmsh to mesh this biventricle_together.stl file. The things that I wanted to do are:

- fill the gap between the external boundary and the 2 internal boundaries with 3D elements ( so that I will have a volume with 2 holes );

- mesh this final volume;

but I had some problems in trying to do that.

I have imported the file as .stl but now how can I create that volume with 2 holes?
