[Gmsh] Self-intersecting facets

Hi, 

The example https://github.com/mkraska/CalculiX-Examples/tree/master/CAD/OnshapeTutorial used to work in gmsh 3.0.2 but doesn't in 3.0.5 (self intersecting facets detected). 

To reproduce the problem download the files partVT.geo and part.step from the above example page and type 

gmsh partVT.geo 

For all versions up to now, the meshing algorithm fails to map the midside nodes of second order elements onto compound surfaces, but that has already been reported in the past.
