[Gmsh] mesh of head model

Hi gmsh experts

I need to achieve the FEM mesh for all the five tissue resulted in five segmentation files, but I'm struggling to understand how to generate the mesh. Is there any chance you have advice or links that could help me with this? can i generate a mesh for each layer as submeshs to transfer it to COMSOL. This is a pivotal part of my research, so any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
