[Gmsh] Load balancing with METIS

Dear all,

I have a tetrahedral mesh generated by gmsh. I would like to have it partitioned with METIS by assigning different weight to different regions of the mesh.
I found the variable Mesh.PartitionTetWeight but I am not sure how to use it as all the elements are tetrahedra. Can you please give me some details about it?
