[Gmsh] Segfault with Lloyd optimization

Hi! I am obtaining a segmentation fault with latest git and the attached
geo file (it uses the OpenCASCADE factory):

$ gdb --args gmsh -3 veeder.geo
[...]
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
lpcvt::step3 (this=this at entry=0x7fffffffd6b0, triangulator=...,
gf=gf at entry=0x1bb2e80)

Any suggestions?
