[Gmsh] Converting 2d to 3d mesh

Dear Jean,

Thank you very much for your advice!

As Jean suggested, the surface is not closed. I turned the .msh file to 
stl so that I could visualize in paraview.
I fix this by creating a script to check if every element is surrounded 
by neighbour or bounding line and it works.
