[Gmsh] Create mesh using command line

Ahh, fantastic, thanks. I realise my problem: in my .bash_profile I had:

alias  gmsh="open -a gmsh"

which was silly :) Fixing this to

alias gmsh="/Applications/Gmsh.app/Contents/MacOS/gmsh"

solved my problems.
