[Gmsh] Read MSH file high order element data

Dear all,

I am trying to read high order element data from an msh file (for now
triangles and quads).

In the documentation:

http://gmsh.info/doc/texinfo/gmsh.html#MSH-ASCII-file-format

I can only find the element type for hard coded high order elements.

Does anyone know what is the element type for high order finite elements
(triangles and quads)? I think it should identify both the type of element
(triangle or quad) and the degree.
