[Gmsh] Separately exporting the mesh data of two blocks

Hello Everyone, 

I have two cubes, with a common interface (surface with quads). 
GMSH does a continuous numbering of mesh nodes from one to the other cube. 

Is it possible to have separate numbering list for both the cubes, for respective mesh nodes ?? 
So that the Indexes of nodes of the second cube also start at 1,2,3.......not from where the Indexes finish for the first block. 

And, then exporting the mesh data individually for both the blocks in separate *.msh files??
