[Gmsh] meshing for fluid-structure interaction

Hi Deepak,

recently we had similar discussion in this same mailing list. Look up

Based on the following suggestions, I was able to generate conforming 
(same nodes at the interface) meshes for my fluid-structure interaction 
problem.
