[Gmsh] Gmsh user help

Hello,


Gmsh-users,I am trying using Gmsh  as my own FEM software preprocessors.I am trying to code an interface to brige Gmsh .msh　file  with the FEM software.I try to access the boundary element address where I would  apply specific physical BCs.
How can I achieve that?
Any  help will be welcome.
