[Gmsh] done 2D quadrilateral mesh using Gmsh

[3.14]

Hi　Gmsh-group,


I want to mesh the semi-circle and its outer shell in a figure as shown in fig .1  ,can Gmsh do that?
How can I achieve it?
Any help will be welcome.
