[Gmsh] High order Prism Face Closure

Hi GMSH Developers,

I am interested in generating high-order BL meshes and have found that
Prismatic elements of orders greater than two are not supported. I was
planning on adding the functionality myself, but I just haven't had the
time.

Having prisms or order > 2 would be tremendously helpful to me. Are there
any plans to add this capability in the near future?
