[Gmsh] Problem with embedded points

Hullo everybody,

 

the points that you can see in the attached img_01 picture are embedded in the corresponding surfaces.

However, when I generate the 2D mesh, there are some of these points which are not comformal to the mesh, as you can see in img_02. Why?
