[Gmsh] element volume , face area and edge length?

Hi Christophe and Jean Francois,
Could gmsh output element volume, face area and edge length. I guess these
information must be within the code, but how to output it into a file? I
can compile gmsh very well on windows and linux, so I may also create an
output code if I know where to find the information.
