[Gmsh] Bug

Hello,

 

I have a problem:

 

If I use command from "Command-line options" (typing in a DOS window), the
"-saveall" command have just one option -> discard physical group
definitions (you can see in help file).

 

In the visual interface, there is a check button where is possible to change
the option.



 

I am very interesting to know how it's possible to change the option using
comands line.
