[Gmsh] 8 node quadrilateral

Hello

I want to generate a 2d mesh of 8 node quadrilaterals. How can I achieve
this ?

I tried

Mesh.ElementOrder = 2;

but it gives 9 node quadrilaterals. I have attached one example that I
tried.
