[Gmsh] Error in GMSH 2.8.4 with option Mesh.SmoothIntenalEdges

Hello All,

I've been using GMSH 2.5.x for a while and I was using the option "Mesh.
SmoothIntenalEdges".

Now, I have updated to GMSH 2.8.4 and found that this option does not exist
anymore. This implies that some structures are not properly meshed (some
points lay outside the geometry).

I've been searching in the new version's help but found nothing.

Could anyone point me in the right direction about this option on 2.8.4?
