Hi,
I am using gmsh to mesh a patient specific optic nerve head. I tried to
remesh STL files using compound surfaces and reparametrization and it
worked flawlessly.
However, when I try to mesh the volume enclosed by the surfaces, I get this
error message:
Delaunizing vertices...
Delaunay seconds: 0.12
Creating surface mesh ...
Surface mesh seconds: 0.02
Recovering boundaries...
gmsh: /home/geuzaine/src/gmsh/contrib/Tetgen1.5/tetgen.cxx:21174: int
tetgenmesh::addsteiner4recoversegment(tetgenmesh::face*, int): Assertion
`loc != (int) NEARVERTEX' failed.
Aborted (core dumped)
I joined the surface files as well as my .geo file to help you reproduce
the problem.
I thank you very much for any solution you could provide.
Best,
V.
