[Gmsh] Question

Hello,
I'm a new user of GMSH. I'm trying to define a rule mesh on a line. I need to have necessarily and at least 2 peaks of a quadrangular mesh (and never only 1 peak) on a line. Could you help me, please ? What are the options I need to use ?
