[Gmsh] stl to volume mesh giving intersecting element error

Hi,

    As nobody has replied to my first email, I try one more time. I am trying to convert surface mesh (stl) into volume mesh using gmsh. I repaired stl file by removing non-manifold faces, vetices and self-intersecting faces, duplicate faces and vertices, etc. But still It is giving me intersecting element errors. I've attached stl file with mail could you please look and suggest any solution.
