[Gmsh] Gmsh crashed when refine the mesh

Dear Gmsh team,

I have got the attached GEO file and POS file to get a refined mesh. But
when I type

gmsh It3xxx.geo -3 -bgm It3003.pos -o It3004.msh

Gmsh crashes with errors saying "faces intersect" and "element has two
identical points" ect... I searched previous questions and someone says it
is because some characteristic length is too small. However, I am not sure
this is true in my case. Could you please take a look and give some advice?
