[Gmsh] cmake error

The library is indeed installed in non-standard place, but I added the path
to CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX. If I don't add the path, the compilation will
succeed but Gmsh gives you error "Gmsh requires Lapack" when it is
executed. Any other advice?
