[Gmsh] Aniso meshes using Gmsh/bamg/mmg3d with a metic field from bgm posfiles

Dear all,

I want to use gmsh's bamg or mmg3d to generate anisotropic meshes from a
given metric field. I know we should use something like

 gmsh -2 geofile  -algo bamg -bgm metric.pos

But can't find any examples or tutorials.

I noticed that in the gmsh roadmap slides from Prof. Remacle, anisotropic
mesh generation is available now. Is there any examples related to this
topic. Thanks!!
