[Gmsh] For meshing segmented human ventricular system.

Hello,

Actually I am having a segmented human ventricular system that I need to
mesh for GAMBIT.
I want to simulate flow inside it in FLUENT.
It is in .stl format. When I open it in gambit there is no real face or
edge. Wanted to know how to convert it into a
perfect volume mesh so that can be analyzed.
