[Gmsh] Problems with -renumber

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to renumber a *msh file and export it in abaqus *inp format.
After starting GMSH with
 >gmsh.exe mymeshfile.msh -renumber -3 -format auto -order 2 -o 
mymeshfile.inp
i get the following output:


Immediately after the last line GMSH crashes and the resulting *.inp 
file is empty.
This also happens if the output format is set to *.msh.

I'm using GMSH 2.8.2 on Windows7 64bit. But the same behavior occurs 
also for V2.7.1.
Without -renumber GMSH finishes the job as expected.

What i'm doing wrong?
