[Gmsh] Refine Changes Order

Back in January 2012 Jakub Sistek posted a
question<http://www.geuz.org/pipermail/gmsh/2012/006986.html>,
but I didn't see a response. I have essentially the same issue. If I use
the command

gmsh _QGETEMP.mesh -v 0 -refine -o _QGETEMP.mesh

it certainly refines the mesh, but I go from order 2 to order 1. So, I
tried the following

gmsh _QGETEMP.mesh -v 0 -refine -order 2 -o _QGETEMP.mesh

with the same results. I have no idea how to fix this, without using the
GUI.
