[Gmsh] Meshing independent of number of points

Hi Cean,
  Your example works for me.  Running it with

$ gmsh -2 -clscale 0.5 hole_with_a_spline.geo

I get what I think is the expected mesh: a rectangle with a hole
defined by the spline.  I attach a PNG.
  My gmsh is version 2.5.1, compiled from svn sources on 64-bit Debian
Mint GNU/Linux.
