[Gmsh] Help me ! - environment for gmsh compilation

Hi there,

If you're not familiar with compiling complex projects on Windows, I advise you to use the pre-built stable or development releases from the web site: that's why we make them available.

On Windows we build the full-option version with the GNU compilers, not Visual C++.
