[Gmsh] where can download the compiled files of python-bindings

Dear all,
I want to use python-binding of Gmsh to embed Gmsh to my python code.
But it seems not easy to complie gmsh source code under windows 7 for newbie, so where can download the compiled files of python-bindings of Gmsh?
