[Gmsh] Minor issues with Gmsh discovered while creating rpm package

Dear all,

I'd like to package Gmsh for Fedora and RHEL, add it to Fedora and EPEL
repositories and maintain this package for the community who runs Gmsh on
Fedora / RHEL / CentOS / Scientific Linux / etc.

While creating the package and checking it with rpmlint, I found few minor
issues. They do not affect Gmsh core functionality. However, I'd really
appreciate if you can fix them.
