[Gmsh] point->surface->volume

Dear all,
I explained my problem in the last days. I have points and I want to create 
directly the surface.
I send you the file.geo of points(DTM) to understand better the problem.
>From the surface(created with the points), after, I have to create a volume..
How can I do?
