[Gmsh] Gmsh 2.5.x generates bad structured meshes?

Hi César,
Can you try to regenerate the mesh after lowering the geometrical tolerance (default is 1e-06) ?
Try e.g. "gmsh yourfile.geo -3 -tol 1e-12"
