[Gmsh] Meshing .brep file fails

Dear users and developers!
Today I encountered with a problem of meshing .brep file.
Gmsh doesn't mesh attached file.
I checked whether this file is right, loading it in FreeCAD, CAD Exchanger and Netgen with OCC support.
All of these programs loaded my file correctly. Moreover Netgen built nice mesh.
Is it a Gmsh's bug?

I'm using Gmsh 2.4.2, but I tried also with Gmsh 2.5.0 with the same result.
OS: Windows XP sp3
