[Gmsh] creating 3d grid around a body saved in .iges format

Hello everybody,
I would first of all like to show my deep appreciation and respect for the developers of this Gmsh software and also to those who are helping others to use this software. Can anybody please let me know how to generate a 3d grid around a complicated object which is saved in .iges format? I want to make the grid structured .
