[Gmsh] Attractor point

Hello.  Sorry for the delay in replying; I've been travelling.

The simplest idea is to declare all the entities you want saved as
Physical, so if you want Triangles on the boundary saved, e.g. for the
imposition of boundary conditions, declare some Physical Surfaces.
