[Gmsh] GMSH crashes

Too bad, my excitement was ephemeral; Netgen did crash again even for coarser
mesh with lc = 0.2. The first time I ran GMSH this morning, it did not crash
even for lc = 0.1, but in the second run, it is like dead.
Sorry for too many posts, but the performances of Netgen and Optimize 3D option
in GMSH are kind of sketchy. I cannot tell for sure when it will crash and when
it works. I'm hopeful that the fix might be on its way already.
