[Gmsh] GMSH for a cylinder in STP format

Hello all,
I am willing to mesh a cyclinder part in STP format and the cylinder
includes a hole.

But I met problems when I use GMSH for the purpose of generating
tetrahedrons.

Please find the cylincer data in the attached file.
