[Gmsh] Mesh Conversion

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Vincent Tariel, a student at UBC Canada.

I have a 3D mesh, of a porous material that I need to convert it to a
format which is readable as an input by ABAQUS finite element
software.

I have attached the whole dataset in a single file named "mesh.mat"
and also in separate parts. ( files are all created with MATLAB)

I highly appreciate if you could please help me to solve this problem.
