[Gmsh] from Quadrilaterals to triangular elements

Hi,

I have a .geo file which defines the geometry, and divisions. Currently when
I mesh it, 2D, it gives me quadrilaterals, and I dont know how to covert
these quadrilaterals into triangles.
here is the file attached.
