[Gmsh] truncated octahedron

Hi,

with Tools -> Options -> Mesh -> General -> "Element size Factor"  set to 2 or more, and by trying different 
combinations of the 2D and 3D algorithms, you can obtain around 78 tets, but it is a little bit random...
