[Gmsh] [GMSH] remeshing capabilities

Dear Christophe,

I tried the input files you sent me to remesh an exisiting one.

>From your comments, I thought that the file reparam.geo.txt would remesh the
input.msh.
However, whatever I load input.msh or reparam.geo.txt, I obtain the same
meshes (see enclosed pictures).

Maybe I'm not using the correct gmsh version.
I'm actually using gmsh stable 2.4.1 for windows.
Is this feature already in the standard gmsh release, or is it in the
nightly build?
