Hello Joachim - Yes, definitely. Compile Gmsh as a library and you can 
directly mesh the opencascade objects through the Gmsh API.

A simple example on how to pass a TopoDS_Shape to Gmsh through the API 
is available in the contrib/api_demos directory.
