[Gmsh] Using STL file in gmsh

Hi Praveen,

unfortunately, currently we can only mix different CAD models (eg. Geo + iges) for volume definition. So you can not yet 
create a Geo curve that connects a Geo point to an iges point. But this is on our TODO list
