[Gmsh] For help on triangle vertices order

Can you be more specific on your question? What are you trying to do and 
how are you trying to accomplish this task? How did you come to the 
conclusion that the mesh is not right?
BTW, if you use MATLAB, they already have a reader in the contrib 
directory if I am not mistaken. They also have one for Scilab as well, 
search for these if you them find helpful.
