[Gmsh] We need physical group pickup tool

Hi Oka,
you need to create a simple foo.geo file containing the command
Merge "myfile.stl";
then you open this foo.geo file with Gmsh, and the informations about the physical groups you create will be added in
foo.geo, and saved in the .msh file
