[Gmsh] Displaying nodal vector data

I find that arrows for vector nodal data are displayed at the centres
of elements rather than at nodes. If I add vector data at other
nodes,say 2, 5, and 6, I see arrows displayed in the centre of the
lower four-node quadrilateral.
